The studio specializes in architectural planning and interior design for residential properties of all sizes, from private villas to residential towers. They also plan on a very large scale for urban renewal projects related to housing, trade, industry, and sports. Since its establishment, the company has planned thousands of housing units in various projects throughout the country – both within the framework of broad planning and within the framework of requests for construction licenses under the TAMA 38 program, demolition, and building strengthening. The office operates and uses advanced parametric planning software and tools, enabling them to estimate a project's construction budget throughout the planning process. In addition, the office has highly detailed and photorealistic 3D visualization capabilities to assist planners throughout the process.
